1. Agreement to Terms

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Code Me Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All marketing strategies, code, and creatives developed by Code Me Tech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, accounts, and information required to execute our services. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays for which Code Me Tech is not responsible.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific Service Agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional late fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code Me Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
